He has excelled in numerous areas of practice, including auxiliary prosecutor, trial prosecutor, trial judge, and appellate judge for criminal sentences in the Judicial Branch of Costa Rica. Additionally, he has been a university professor of criminal law at the Universidad de San José and a specialized judicial trainer at the Judicial School of Costa Rica, training other professionals in the field.
Gustavo’s strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities facilitate connecting with clients, providing a comprehensive approach in each case to protect their interests. His extensive experience in complex criminal litigation allows him to offer solid and personalized legal strategies. In addition, he works as a university professor at ULACIT, teaching criminal law.

Gustavo obtained his law degree and public notary certification from the Universidad de San José, in addition to master’s degrees in business law, tax law, criminal policy, and criminal law from various prestigious universities. He also holds a specialization in criminal law from the Judicial School of Costa Rica and specialized training from the General Council of Spain.
