ALEJANDRA is in charge of the Immigration branch at NCC LAW, distinguished by her conflict resolution and integral communication skills which help our clients with personalized and diligent customer service, attending each case differently according to its requirements.
She has distinguished herself in numerous areas of practice throughout her 14 years of experience in which she has traversed from Criminal Law, in which she assisted in well known criminal cases, Family Law and Immigation Law. Alejandra offer’s an integral approach to every case, protecting the client’s interests.
Alejandra’s strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with others have developed NCC’s Immigration branch by facilitating the apostille of documents from the United States for their validity in Costa Rica and viceversa. Clients benefit from her organization skills through the Immigration process given the complexity some processes can reach.
Her education ranges from National to International degrees. Alejandra completed her Law bachelors at Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho (2014) where she then was admitted and incorporated to the Bar Association in 2015. Finished her specialization in Notarial and Registry Law at Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho (2015). She then obtained her master’s degrees in Legal-criminal Sociology at the University of Barcelona (2017) and Professional Master’s Degree in Criminology with Emphasis on Human Security (2018) at the University for International Cooperation.
Alejandra offers technical abilities to provide legal guidance fluently in English as well as Spanish.
