Luis has been part of the NCC Law team since October 2021; he concluded his studies of Law Degree from the University of Costa Rica; he is currently close to joining the Costa Rican Bar Association; has more than 20 years of experience in different legal areas such as Notarial and Registry Law, Condominium Law, Corporate and Business Law and Universal Trials (successions); in recent years his practice area is oriented to specifically Notarial Law, Real Estate, Private Labor Law, and Condominium Law.

His main objective is the prompt and simple solution of customer problems, always oriented to reconcile and avoid judicial litigation.

He offers technical skills to provide legal guidance in Spanish and has basic knowledge in the English language.
